I was very pleased with the product quality! It was a Birthday gift for my Husband and he absolutely loved it. The only possible way to make my experience with Bombay better would be to advise on approximate ship date when ordered. I did not receive any sort of timeline for delivery until after I sent a request via email. But as soon as I did I receive a shipping number and the washer board was here with in the next week!
